Hot and Spicy Diplomats Fried Sprats Salad

Zucchini 80 g
Tomatoes cherry 100 g
Boiled corn 1 pc
Paprika red 70 g
Pepper yellow 70 g
Spinach 90 g
Cream butter 60 g
Rum 50 g
Diplomats Fried Sprats in Tomato Sauce with Jalapeño 240g

Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Clean and cut the peppers. Peel and cut the zucchini. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Separate the corn kernels from the cob.

Pour a little vegetable oil on a heated pan. Put peppers on the pan, then add zucchini. When zucchini is almost ready, add the corn and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Then add fried sprats, but leave some fish in the can!

Mix everything together, add butter. When butter has melted, add rum and half of the spinach. Mix everything again. Serve the prepared hot salad on a plate. Add remaining fresh spinach and put the remaining sprats from the box on top.
Sprinkle everything with sugar pea stalks.
